Maternity with a rainbow

We often frequent Muriwai beach and I love it. It’s so wonderful that my job takes me to beautiful outdoors. New Zealand is such a beautiful country and I don’t cherish it enough. Here I got to enjoy this lovely beach with a sweet couple Stevie and her partner. They started the maternity shoot quite nervous which is completely understandable, being in front of the camera takes some time to get used too. Though once I showed them what they looked like through the camera they became much more comfortable and confident, yes! Love it.

We had a light rain that rudely intruded on us during the shoot but thank God it petered off! With us newly sparkling with some rain we pushed through with laughs and smiles. Not to mention the wind was extra cold! A southernly wind was chilling, yet the couple where champions! And then a full on rainbow showed up, me running away to try capture the entire thing but it was much to big for my wide lens. It was still quite heartening a lovely rainbow to celebrate a new little bubs on the way, woohoo!

I hope Stevie and her partner get to cherish their new tiny member and have great joy in growing as parents. Bless them!
